Home Buyers

Buying a home, especially for the first time, can be an intimidating process. Our goal is to make the process as smooth, understandable and stress free as possible for our clients.

The first step toward this goal is to develop a strategy that best suits your goals and requirements. Each buyer is unique and has different priorities, financial resources and objectives. Your NewMarket agent will meet with you to thoroughly understand your expectations and exactly what you're looking for, and then formulate a plan to achieve success.

If you're serious about starting your home search, you will need to get a pre-qualification letter from a lender. Getting pre-qualified is the initial step in the mortgage process, and it's generally pretty simple. You supply a bank or lender with your overall financial picture, including your debt, income and assets. After evaluating this information, a lender or mortgage broker can give you an idea of your overall purchasing power and the amount of money you'll be able to borrow.

Condos in Las Vegas

Many buyers searching for condominiums in Las Vegas aren't aware that the majority of condo purchases in the City are full cash offers. Since the 2008 housing crash, most lenders have stopped providing conventional financing for condominium purchases in Las Vegas, though there are exceptions, and the ability to obtain financing depends on the individual community in which the prospective condo is located. Consequently, most buyers searching for condos should be prepared to make a full cash offer. Please check with your lender or mortgage broker for more information.
